Shipping & Returns

  • We send packages out twice a week.
  • Deliveries usely take between 3 days and 3 weeks, depending on your location and our stock level.
  • You must provide a daytime delivery address and phone number, as all deliveries will need to be signed for.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other delays caused by the transport companies.
  • We can not be held responsible for customfees, import taxes and licences or other expences related to international shipments and laws.
  • In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
  • You should return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Incase of any problems or enquiries, you can contact Karl after 2.00 PM on 0034-616.61.99.45
